What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers: set goals and development targets, provide feedback, and support growth plans.
• Partner with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and produce technical solutions and execution plans.
• Hands-on design, implement, and deliver billing platform software functions.
• Analyze and validate technical designs, and review team code to ensure engineering standards.
• Build and maintain a backlog that supports continuous roadmap execution.
• Coordinate collaboration across local/global engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.

Requirements

• Experience developing large-scale system control interfaces.
• Proficiency in Java 8, including Java multi-threading, high concurrency, and IO/NIO with network communication.
• Experience designing and building large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-load, high-availability systems using common design patterns.
• Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of HTTP, TCP/IP, and REST specifications.
• Familiarity with Gradle/Maven, Docker cluster, and JSON & XML.

Nice to have

• Experience with international clearing and settlement / foreign exchange transactions.
• Experience with Cassandra/Redis/NoSQL/Hadoop.
• Experience with Kotlin/Scala/Python/Golang/R.
• Experience with Docker Swarm/Kubernetes.
• Experience with JavaScript/Angular/React/CSS3 and cloud platforms like Aliyun Cloud/AWS.
