What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Java applications across private banking domains, including Client Output, Document Management, and Corporate Actions.
• Provide application ownership, managing technical upgrades, critical production issues, and continuous technical improvements.
• Manage, coach, and guide a team of developers while coordinating with software vendors.
• Drive and review technical and architectural designs, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders, business change engineers, and project managers as the primary point of contact for Product Owners.
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed to meet strict quality standards and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of development experience in front-end and back-end applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a team lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java, JBOSS, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Proficiency in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), RESTful services, and core computer science (algorithms, data structures).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, Kafka, Avro schema, and React JS.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres) and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Maven, and Octopus.
• Experience in finance, banking, or wealth management domain is preferred.
