What you will do

• Lead the PMO across active datacentre, manufacturing, and infrastructure programmes, owning governance and risk tracking.
• Manage the operating cadence for senior leadership, including QBRs, weekly reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Drive programme execution from scoping through delivery, ensuring clear priorities and cross-functional accountability.
• Establish programme governance frameworks, reporting protocols, and executive-ready status reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Construction teams to align vendor onboarding and contract reviews with programme timelines.
• Manage and develop a team of senior project managers, setting standards for delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 8+ years of experience in programme management, PMO leadership, or strategic operations.
• Proven experience running PMO governance for complex, capital-intensive infrastructure or technology programmes.
• Strong ability to build structure in ambiguous environments, including reporting rhythms and ownership models.
• Excellent executive communication skills with experience producing board-level materials.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Linear, Procore, Jira, or MS Project.

Nice to have

• Experience in GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, or hyperscale datacentres.
• Familiarity with integrated master scheduling methodology.
• Experience supporting executive operating cadence for C-level stakeholders.
• PMP, Prince2, or PgMP certification.
