• Identify and solve high-priority business problems, driving solutions to measurable outcomes.

• Use data, market context, and business fundamentals to pressure-test assumptions and ground recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategic operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in SaaS business models, including product adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
