What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives aligning North American priorities with global Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Design and scale AI-first, role-specific learning pathways using generative AI to reduce time to productivity.
  • Build and optimize commercial enablement programs covering the full lifecycle from onboarding to capability development.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate learning experiences for regional commercial teams.
  • Partner with Marketing to prepare teams for campaigns and product launches with relevant messaging and resources.
  • Analyze program effectiveness using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/revenue enablement or a quota-carrying commercial role.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with generative AI or conversational intelligence platforms like Gong.
  • Background working in SaaS or EdTech environments.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to evaluate program performance.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience within the EdTech sector.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and specialized sales enablement platforms.
