TL;DR

Senior Account Executive Enterprise / Sales Lead (SaaS): Managing the full enterprise sales cycle for a sustainable enterprise OS with an accent on outbound pipeline generation and multi-solution deal execution. Focus on targeting C-suite stakeholders, utilizing MEDDIC/Challenger methodologies, and scaling the customer base within assigned verticals.

Location: Fully remote (USA) with an inspiring working environment in New York City and expectations to show up in person for key engagements.

What you will do

  • Run the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to signature in assigned verticals and geographies.
  • Self-generate 50%+ of the pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Engage with VP-level and C-suite stakeholders through consultative discovery and precise proposals.
  • Execute strategic outreach via roundtables, executive dinners, and partner events.
  • Collaborate with BD, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to share wins and feedback.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and full playbook discipline regarding deal dynamics and risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with a record of consistent overachievement.
  • Fluency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to generate self-sourced pipeline and manage complex multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Must be based in the USA, with a strong preference for presence in New York City to support in-person engagements.
  • Background in compliance, sustainability, supply chain, or industrial technology is a plus.
