Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process from outbound prospecting to closing net-new logos.
- Build and maintain a 3x–4x qualified pipeline, self-sourcing at least 30% of opportunities.
- Lead consultative, workflow-driven sales processes to uncover operator pain and map it to platform use cases.
- Align with executive stakeholders including COO, CIO, and VPs of Operations and IT.
- Develop CFO-ready business cases, ROI models, and structured pilot evaluations.
- Document repeatable deal patterns and use cases to inform the company's GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales.
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Strong solution-selling and value-mapping skills.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex buying committees.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate with technology and operations leaders.
- Must be located in the United States (East region preference).
