Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process from outbound prospecting to closing net-new logos.
  • Build and maintain a 3x–4x qualified pipeline, self-sourcing at least 30% of opportunities.
  • Lead consultative, workflow-driven sales processes to uncover operator pain and map it to platform use cases.
  • Align with executive stakeholders including COO, CIO, and VPs of Operations and IT.
  • Develop CFO-ready business cases, ROI models, and structured pilot evaluations.
  • Document repeatable deal patterns and use cases to inform the company's GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Strong solution-selling and value-mapping skills.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex buying committees.
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate with technology and operations leaders.
  • Must be located in the United States (East region preference).
