What you will do
- Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve team quotas.
- Mentor and coach a team of 9 Account Executives on sales methodology, product positioning, and deal execution.
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress sessions to ensure performance targets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve sales efficiency.
- Hire and develop early-stage talent to build a diverse and resilient sales organization.
- Manage team productivity and quality to ensure a delightful customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 2-5 years of experience managing and leading a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building, growing, and leading sales teams, including hiring.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management.
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing expectations in a 100% remote environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a history of identifying and responding to internal and external needs.
Nice to have
- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity.
