Regional Fulfillment Center Maintenance Manager

Location: Louisville, Kentucky or Mount Juliet, Tennessee, United States; regular travel within the assigned East region is required, anticipated at 30–50%.

Base salary: $112,000–$179,500 per year, plus potential equity grants and an annual bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do

• Direct maintenance and reliability results across multiple fulfillment centers in the East region.
• Drive regional performance in safety, equipment uptime, operating cost, and people outcomes.
• Establish operating cadences to review metrics, remove barriers, and implement network priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and hold Maintenance Managers and site leaders accountable for standards and results.
• Build succession depth through talent reviews, development plans, and promotion readiness programs.
• Standardize planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance compliance, work quality, and defect elimination across sites.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or industrial operations.
• Experience leading managers and building talent pipelines; multi-site leadership is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge of MHE, automation, conveyance and sortation systems, reliability practices, and facility asset fundamentals.
• Track record of improving safety, uptime, cost, and collective operational performance.
• Financial competence, including operating cost management and basic CAPEX/OPEX understanding.
