Supervisor, Maintenance - IDAP

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite, 12-hour 2/2/3 night shift

Salary: $70,000–$118,750 per year

What you will do

• Lead and oversee maintenance technicians supporting Inspection, Device Assembly and Packaging operations.
• Complete emergency, corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance on process-related equipment.
• Install new equipment, oversee upgrades and support project implementation and validation activities.
• Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical investigations and OEE improvement initiatives.
• Maintain work orders, MRO procedures, inventory controls and technical relationships with equipment and material suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance, training, career development and performance management for team members and operators.

Requirements

• Experience in a GMP or regulated production environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to provide work direction to a team of technical resources.
• Expertise in at least one area: automation and controls, aseptic or packaging equipment, process and materials, maintenance, validation or project delivery.
• Ability to work in compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in engineering, pharmacy, a related science or business.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to challenge and adapt current approaches and ways of working.
