TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Designing the hirify.global Central platform for franchise and multi-unit service businesses with an accent on scalable workflows for centralized billing and brand reporting. Location: Hybrid (Canada). Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo

Salary: $125,800 – $170,100 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead design for the Franchise product area, shaping direction alongside PMs and Engineering.
  • Create scalable workflows for centralized billing, brand-level reporting, and multi-location management.
  • Utilize AI tools for rapid exploration and prototyping of new ideas.
  • Design dynamic and personalized AI-driven experiences for small business owners.
  • Validate solutions using qualitative signals, quantitative data, and fast experimentation.
  • Measure the impact of design decisions and iterate based on findings.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing web and mobile SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering at all levels.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools including Figma, FigJam, Claude, and Cursor.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI within the design process or final product.
  • Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
