What you will do

• Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle for SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms directly with customers and vendors.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, and contracting playbooks.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve contracting workflows and reduce cycle times.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in negotiating SaaS-specific concepts, including subscription models, SLAs, DPAs, and limitation of liability.
• Extensive experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent formal drafting and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Ironclad, including workflow, template, and playbook management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools in an integrated CLM environment.
• Experience working with international customers and colleagues.
