What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound legal, compliance, and operational requests.
• Draft, review, and manage routine commercial agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Build and maintain legal systems, playbooks, and self-service resources to improve team efficiency.
• Pilot and implement AI-assisted tools for contract review, drafting, and workflow automation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to triage issues and determine when attorney involvement is necessary.
• Support corporate governance and administrative matters as the business scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a comparable business-facing legal role.
• Strong experience in reviewing and managing commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to improve workflows, documentation, and legal systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for legal efficiency and a curiosity for emerging technology.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non-legal audiences.
