What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide practical, risk-calibrated legal advice on deal structures.
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of contracts, key terms, and obligations.
• Identify and implement improvements to contracting processes, workflows, and enablement tools.
• Design and deliver training sessions to equip cross-functional teams to handle routine commercial matters independently.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of AI tools integrated into the contracting workflow.

Requirements

• Extensive experience negotiating SaaS agreements in support of high-volume sales teams.
• Proven experience with contract management tools such as Ironclad and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for contract review and management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused, and risk-aware mindset.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and negotiate live with customers and vendors.
