What you will do
- Triage and manage legal requests from APAC sales teams, including prioritization and issue-spotting.
- Review and negotiate routine commercial documents such as NDAs, order forms, and amendments.
- Apply approved legal positions and playbooks to coordinate lower-risk customer contract terms.
- Manage contract administration, intake tracking, approval processes, and legal operations reporting.
- Collaborate with the regional legal lead to improve workflows, templates, and self-service tools for Sales.
- Support regional commercial legal projects, including process improvements and policy rollouts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or commercial contracting.
- Experience supporting technology, SaaS, cloud, or multinational sales teams.
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working across different jurisdictions and time zones.
- Familiarity with CLM tools, Salesforce, and e-signature platforms.
- Must be based in Manila
