What you will do

• Triage and manage legal requests from APAC sales teams, including prioritization and issue-spotting.
• Review and negotiate routine commercial documents such as NDAs, order forms, and amendments.
• Apply approved legal positions and playbooks to coordinate lower-risk customer contract terms.
• Manage contract administration, intake tracking, approval processes, and legal operations reporting.
• Collaborate with the regional legal lead to improve workflows, templates, and self-service tools for Sales.
• Support regional commercial legal projects, including process improvements and policy rollouts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or commercial contracting.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, cloud, or multinational sales teams.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working across different jurisdictions and time zones.
• Familiarity with CLM tools, Salesforce, and e-signature platforms.
• Must be based in Manila
