What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Care.
• Lead large-scale organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning and talent strategies to support business growth and scalability.
• Analyze organizational health using data and metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise programs and mitigate organizational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience in a mature HR operating model.
• Experience supporting large-scale client groups (500+ employees) up to VP level.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel 20–30% domestically.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and operate in high-growth, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hourly California-based employees.
• Knowledge of California employment law.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
