Salary: $136,200–$163,400 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to management, anticipating and planning for people-related needs.
• Coach leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
• Lead talent management cycles, including goal setting, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure consistent application of policies.
• Analyze workforce data to inform hiring, retention, and organizational design strategies.
• Partner with Total Rewards and leadership to ensure equitable compensation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of HR experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of HR experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Ann Arbor, MI at least 3 days per week.
• Proven experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
