TL;DR
People Partner, GTM (AI): Designing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support rapidly growing go-to-market teams with an accent on performance management, employee relations, and scalable program design. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY); minimum 25% office presence required
Salary: $255,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership to shape human resources strategy as the company scales.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, partnering with specialist teams in Benefits, Compensation, and Legal.
- Drive a high-performance culture by overseeing performance management and employee relations in accordance with law.
- Design and implement scalable programs to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Compliance to maintain operational foundations across offices.
- Ensure adherence to local employment laws, including immigration and background check processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Relations with meaningful exposure to GTM or commercial teams.
- Experience navigating HR policies at a global company, including legal and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
- Background in a tech company, startup, or high-growth environment.
- Formal training in conflict resolution.
- Genuine interest in the responsible development of advanced AI systems.
