Salary: $255,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership to shape human resources strategy as the company scales.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, partnering with specialist teams in Benefits, Compensation, and Legal.
• Drive a high-performance culture by overseeing performance management and employee relations in accordance with law.
• Design and implement scalable programs to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
• Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Compliance to maintain operational foundations across offices.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws, including immigration and background check processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Relations with meaningful exposure to GTM or commercial teams.
• Experience navigating HR policies at a global company, including legal and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 10+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Background in a tech company, startup, or high-growth environment.
• Formal training in conflict resolution.
• Genuine interest in the responsible development of advanced AI systems.
