What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, including staff supervision, facility management, and budget control.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and documentation.
• Lead the branch's emergency response team and conduct regular safety audits.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate performance expectations to employees.
• Participate in and coordinate inspections from external agencies such as DOT, EPA, FDA, and DHS.
• Provide direct supervision for Tank Farm Workers to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in operations.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
