What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Order Management and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle from entry and validation through delivery and invoicing.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, freight forwarding, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain effective communication between Sales, Service, Finance, and global HQ teams.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, including customs and import/export documentation.
• Contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and KPI reporting for the operations department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or order management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, international shipping, and freight coordination.
• Working knowledge of operational finance, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Navision or SAP.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable collaborating across global time zones.
