Inventory Control Supervisor

Salary: $32.50 – $40.30 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee the accuracy of all WIP inventory, MRB activities, and related ERP transactions.
• Manage cycle count processes, investigate variances, and implement process corrections.
• Coordinate the disposition of rejected materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the inventory team.
• Monitor team workload and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical service and strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with stockroom, inventory, and purchasing transactions.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• English: Advanced proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• CPIM certification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP.
