What you will do

• Execute capital projects focusing on processing, packaging, building, and utility systems.
• Manage capital forecasts and budgets in coordination with CAPEX analysts.
• Design and evaluate tender documents and lead technical bidding processes.
• Collaborate with regional engineering and procurement teams for technical alignment and contract negotiations.
• Oversee technical execution and timeline management for multiple concurrent plant projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (or 5+ years of experience managing capital projects/maintenance in food manufacturing).
• 3 to 5 years of Engineering experience, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of integrated automation, controls technology, and high-speed packaging systems.
• Experience with manufacturing plant utility systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts, during installation and startup periods.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of dairy process engineering and PMO/3A standards.
