Location: 100% onsite in Research Triangle Park, NC
Salary: $77,000–$100,000

What you will do
- Support utility systems through performance monitoring, failure investigation, and operational enhancements.
- Manage and execute small OpEx projects and provide support for larger capital projects.
- Execute startup, commissioning, and validation for new and modified facility systems.
- Maintain and update engineering documentation, including drawings, URSs, specifications, and change controls.
- Support GMP compliance through validation document development and regulatory audit support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 2+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- Experience with engineering documentation requirements (URS/FRS, validation protocols, change management).
- Ability to work 100% on site and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with GMP facility documentation requirements, such as Change Control and Validation.
- Engineering experience supporting clean utilities (air, gases, water), boilers, chillers, and chilled water systems.
- Experience writing deviations and conducting investigations.
