What you will do

• Develop manufacturing process solutions to improve quality, delivery, and cost by minimizing downtime and rework.
• Solve technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing short- and long-term countermeasures.
• Design and develop poka-yoke methods and fixtures within the manufacturing process.
• Create action plans for project completion and maintain manufacturing work instructions.
• Initiate and coordinate engineering change orders (ECO/DCO) cross-functionally with planning, purchasing, and regulatory teams.
• Ensure all company, industry, and regulatory standards are met.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Direct circuit board manufacturing experience, with SMT exposure highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with design change processes (ECO/DCO).
• Proven experience leading technical projects and proficiency in CAD (2D/3D).
• Must be a US resident/authorized to work in the US.
