What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate onsite and remote Release of Information Specialists (ROIS).
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards and month-end operational reports to monitor quality and productivity.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll approval, and workflow distribution for site personnel.
• Review medical record requests for validity according to state and federal statutes.
• Perform quality reviews and site evaluations to ensure high customer service satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required); some college preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• RHIT certification or ability to pass an ROI Certification course within 90 days is required.
• Ability to travel to various facilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, staff, and management.
