What you will do

• Oversee daily operations and address inquiries from clients and Release of Information Specialists (ROIS).
• Ensure facility revenue goals are met consistently through effective workflow management.
• Train, evaluate, and manage the scheduling of onsite and remote staff.
• Perform quality reviews and site evaluations to maintain high service standards.
• Handle personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Process medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal statutes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred).
• Must possess or be able to obtain RHIT certification (or pass ROI certification course within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards is mandatory.
• Ability to travel as required for site coverage.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.
