What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations, including financial management, marketing, and admissions.
• Ensure full compliance with state regulations for level IV residential care facilities.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, competency assessments, and payroll/HR administration.
• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to provide a safe environment.
• Coordinate resident assessments and the development of personalized service plans.
• Build and maintain relationships within the healthcare community to grow the census.

Requirements

• Licensed Administrator in the state of Maine.
• Proven experience managing and operating a residential care facility.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations governing level IV residential care facilities.
• Ability to meet all on-site requirements under section 10 of the state regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
