What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and coordinate ROIS staff workflow.
• Ensure facility revenue goals are met and identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Handle staffing duties including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and payroll approval.
• Perform quality reviews and site evaluations to ensure high customer service satisfaction.
• Review and process medical record release of information requests according to state and federal statutes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA privacy standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Gallipolis, OH, USA (Onsite)
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.
• RHIT certification or ability to pass the ROI Certification course within 90 days required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
