What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of 10 Field Access Managers to support HCP staff on insurance coverage and reimbursement policies.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access, and Patient Support Services to proactively identify and address access bottlenecks.
• Provide strategic direction and coaching to the team, ensuring alignment with patient access priorities and compliance rules.
• Track and analyze payer prior authorization outcome data and market trends to recommend improvements.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of plan-specific reimbursement criteria, forms, and submission procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including field reimbursement.
• 3+ years of leadership experience building and sustaining compliant, high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in recruiting and hiring, as well as leadership during product launches.
• Strong understanding of the prescription patient journey, drug coverage, and reimbursement processes.
• Must be based in the US Northeast.
