Salary: $208,000–$283,500 Annual

What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of 10 Field Access Managers to support HCP staff on insurance coverage and reimbursement policies.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access, and Patient Support Services to proactively identify and address access bottlenecks.
- Provide strategic direction and coaching to the team, ensuring alignment with patient access priorities and compliance rules.
- Track and analyze payer prior authorization outcome data and market trends to recommend improvements.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of plan-specific reimbursement criteria, forms, and submission procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including field reimbursement.
- 3+ years of leadership experience building and sustaining compliant, high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in recruiting and hiring, as well as leadership during product launches.
- Strong understanding of the prescription patient journey, drug coverage, and reimbursement processes.
- Must be based in the US Northeast.
