What you will do

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for a specified block of 401(k) retirement plans.
  • Manage daily communications with plan sponsors, advisors, partners, and third-party administrators to maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate plan administration including set-up, documents, contributions, loans, and distributions.
  • Communicate essential recordkeeping information, such as compliance testing results and regulatory changes, to stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal legal, compliance, systems, and technical support departments.
  • Oversee the production and rollout of custom or specialized reporting for clients.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Location: Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila.
