What you will do
- Nurture and grow existing mid-sized client relationships to maximize product adoption and revenue.
- Gather competitor and market intelligence through field activities and direct customer interaction.
- Perform regular face-to-face sales visits to existing and prospect customers.
- Execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies to expand the service portfolio for clients.
- Act as the primary communication channel to resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the company's CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing.
- At least 2-3 years of face-to-face B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer handling, service, and probing skills.
- Must be based in Manila.
