What you will do

• Conduct field sales activities to identify and onboard SME merchants.
• Promote and sell payment solutions including QR payments, e-wallets, and POS terminals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive long-term retention.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and commercial terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant support and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or business development.
• Must be currently residing in the assigned territory (Davao City).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a field-based environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on the ground and travel within assigned territories.
