Field Sales Associate (Bacolod) (Local Payments): Conduct field sales to identify, approach, and onboard SME merchants, promoting Coins payment solutions like QR payments, e-wallets, and POS terminals with an accent on merchant onboarding, MDR/terms negotiation, and driving transaction growth. Focus on building lasting merchant relationships, coordinating cross-functionally for smooth activation, and monitoring performance to enable cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation.
Location: On-site in Bacolod; must be currently residing within the assigned territory and be willing to work on the ground and travel within assigned territories.

What you will do
- Run field sales in the assigned territory to identify, approach, and onboard SME merchants.
- Promote and sell payment solutions (QR payments, e-wallets, POS terminals) to target businesses.
- Build and maintain merchant relationships to drive satisfaction, transaction growth, and long-term retention.
- Own end-to-end merchant onboarding and coordinate with Product, Operations, and Technical teams for smooth activation.
- Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and commercial terms aligned with company policies.
- Monitor merchant performance and transaction activity to find opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door selling, merchant acquisition, or business development (preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce); fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be currently residing within the assigned territory and be willing to work on the ground and travel within assigned territories.
- Ability to speak and understand the local dialect in the assigned region is an advantage.
