Location: On-site in Cagayan De Oro, Philippines. Must be currently residing within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Conduct field sales activities to identify, approach, and onboard SME merchants.
• Promote and sell payment solutions including QR payments, e-wallets, and POS terminals.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process in coordination with Product, Operations, and Technical teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and Merchant Discount Rates (MDRs).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to drive satisfaction and transaction growth.
• Monitor merchant performance to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or merchant acquisition (fintech, banking, or e-commerce preferred); fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.
• Must be currently residing within the assigned territory (Cagayan De Oro).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on the ground within assigned territories.
