What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for talent attraction.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Design creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies for both passive and active candidates.
• Act as an AI champion to drive process maturity and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide training and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Strong background in sourcing engineering talent in the Slovakian market
• Pro-active mindset and ability to operate autonomously.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bratislava.
