What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and global locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, hiring needs, and business priorities.
  • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring goals.
  • Coordinate interview processes while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular pipeline insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking channels.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Indonesia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech companies, startups, or high-growth recruitment agencies.
  • Additional language proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese.
