Location: Must be based in or near Paris, France (Occasional remote work allowed)

What you will do

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer closing for various departments.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic talent insights and advise on market realities.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and rigorous candidate evaluation methodologies.
  • Contribute to employer branding projects and test AI-powered tools for workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within tech or scale-up environments.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong track record of developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor and partner to hiring managers.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication and empathy for delivering stellar candidate experiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mentoring junior team members or interns.
  • Curiosity about new recruitment trends and HR tech innovation.
  • Experience driving DEI initiatives within recruitment processes.
