Salary: $151,200 – $204,500

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for high-priority customer analytics domains to clarify business questions and measure performance.
• Lead deep-dive analyses on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, product adoption, and retention.
• Define and govern KPIs related to efficiency, customer quality, and downstream business impact.
• Drive experimentation strategies including A/B tests and pilots to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science on complex modeling like churn propensity and AI-assisted workflows.
• Communicate insights via executive-ready narratives to influence senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL skills for complex relational data structures.
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or product analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau for actionable reporting.
• Experience with advanced techniques: impact evaluation, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, dbt, Snowflake, or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of data modelling and productionized analytics workflows.
