What you will do

• Build and maintain ecommerce reporting dashboards for storefronts in Canada, the US, and Australia.
• Conduct conversion and funnel analysis to identify shopper drop-offs and quantify revenue impact.
• Define KPIs and manage measurement for A/B testing experiments in collaboration with the Tech team.
• Ensure ecommerce data hygiene by auditing event tracking, tag implementation, and analytics configurations.
• Track organic search performance (SEO) to translate insights into on-site growth opportunities.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to automate reporting and accelerate data analysis output.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce analytics or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in GA4, Tableau, or equivalent web analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty or Optimizely.
• Comfort with SQL for data extraction; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with SEO tracking tools like Google Search Console or SEMrush.
• Proven interest and experience in utilizing AI workflows and tools for data analysis.
