Salary: $90,000–$115,000 / year + bonus

What you will do

• Act as a strategic consultant to P&C leadership to translate high-level objectives into data-driven roadmaps.
• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact analytical solutions and workforce trend analysis.
• Partner with Product teams to identify data signals that influence new features and validate AI models.
• Maintain the integrity and governance of the internal hirify.global People instance and data models.
• Drive organizational improvements by synthesizing strategic insights and shaping narratives for leadership.
• Map departmental KPIs to actionable workforce data to drive platform adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics, preferably within SaaS or HR Tech environments.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and deep expertise in data visualization.
• Advanced understanding of HR metrics and HR tech stacks (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• Proven ability to work independently and resolve complex situations with multiple variables.
• Track record of taking initiative to drive process or technical changes across a business.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver office (hybrid)
