What you will do

• Design and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards for multiple business segments.
• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, defining technical requirements for ETL processes and data models.
• Develop customized KPIs and metrics to quantify business performance and opportunities.
• Implement validation frameworks to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on reporting needs and communicate findings.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics delivering advanced reporting for multiple stakeholder teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work with complex, heterogeneous datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven findings to senior management.
