TL;DR
Associate Director, U.S. Sales Enablement: Leading the development and execution of sales enablement strategies for a large-scale technology services organization with an accent on consultative selling, AI-enabled tools, and enterprise transformation. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Frisco, Texas office (Hybrid role).
Compensation: $124,920 – $284,880 (varies by location and experience).

What you will do
- Define and lead the U.S. sales enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities.
- Drive enterprise transformation initiatives including sales methodology standardization and AI-enabled selling practices.
- Oversee the creation of industry-specific sales content, value messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Lead the adoption and optimization of sales technologies such as CRM and AI-powered tools.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and HR leadership to embed performance rigor and capability building.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales enablement team across regions and functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or go-to-market strategy within large, complex organizations.
- Proven experience in technology services, consulting, or enterprise sales environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale transformation or capability-building initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based selling, and solution-led models.
- Must be able to work from the Frisco, Texas office as required.
