What you will do

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and reports (e.g., bookings, pipeline, attainment).
• Operationalize account and territory assignments, ensuring data integrity and fairness within the sales org.
• Partner with FP&A and Analytics teams to build complex data models, SQL transformations, and commission datasets.
• Collaborate with CRM administration to translate business requirements into Salesforce workflows and data structures.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations that translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or data analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce and SQL for data querying and validation.
• Experience with BI visualization tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, territory design, and compensation metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.
