What you will do

• Oversee candidate management in the ATS, ensuring accurate data logging and communication.
• Create and revise job descriptions to accurately reflect role responsibilities.
• Perform passive sourcing via social media and resume databases to identify top talent.
• Coordinate the full interview process, including pre-screening, scheduling, and offer extensions.
• Manage recruitment vendor relationships and assist with cost negotiations.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and support team efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
