• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume and early-career roles across various business departments.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent.
• Experiment with AI-forward tools and modern channels to optimize hiring workflows.
• Redesign candidate evaluation processes through prompts, work trials, and creative assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate on talent, and ensure rigorous interview standards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to final offer.

Requirements

• Proven track record of execution in recruiting, sales, business development, or operations.
• Learner’s mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and tackle unfamiliar challenges.
• Genuine interest in AI technologies and a desire to champion AI adoption within the recruiting organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and decompose complex challenges.
• Proactive communication and high agency in owning projects and driving results.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office on Anchor Days (Mon, Tue, Thu).
