Salary: $250,000 – $290,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive AI product strategy and execution for note generation models and evaluation stacks.
• Build and scale note quality evaluation systems, including human annotation, LLM judges, and automated backtesting.
• Partner with clinical leaders to define gold standards and ensure notes reflect specialty-specific terminology and norms.
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to align on architecture, model iteration, and system reliability.
• Define user control surfaces that balance model automation with clinician oversight.
• Translate real-world clinical feedback into actionable model development loops.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of product management experience with ML-powered products or platform systems.
• Deep understanding of model quality measurement, evaluation frameworks, and benchmark design.
• Strong technical fluency across ML, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products in domains where accuracy and trust are paramount.
• Ability to work closely with ML researchers and engineers to drive production impact.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office on a hybrid schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri).

Nice to have

• Experience building ML observability systems or quality measurement pipelines.
• Background in clinical, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Experience with specialty-specific model adaptations or ambient intelligence products.
• Experience shipping large-scale ML products with human-in-the-loop workflows.
