What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI context intelligence and reasoning systems.
• Design and evolve the structured context layer capturing customer goals, brand identity, and audience behavior.
• Architect deep reasoning systems leveraging frontier AI models to generate advanced marketing insights.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and quality rubrics to ensure AI system reliability.
• Collaborate with applied AI, ML, and engineering teams to refine model behaviors and prompt architectures.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from early experimentation through production deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of AI/ML products in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or data-intensive intelligence platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, data modeling, and machine learning concepts.
• Proven track record of building evaluation systems and feedback loops for AI quality at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Prior experience in MarTech, customer engagement, or marketing automation is highly preferred.
