What you will do

  • Drive the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials platform, including appeal writer and management tools.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to improve execution and customer empathy.
  • Analyze payer behavior, denial patterns, and RCM workflows to identify high-impact product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to guide products through the full development lifecycle.
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and surface friction points for platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 1–2+ years in a management role.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthtech, specifically in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows.
  • Proven track record of scaling established products while contributing to new product initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data science, and UX teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payer-specific denial logic or appeal workflows.
  • Background in software engineering, data engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Experience launching net-new products at a growth-stage healthtech company.
