What you will do
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials platform, including appeal writer and management tools.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to improve execution and customer empathy.
- Analyze payer behavior, denial patterns, and RCM workflows to identify high-impact product opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to guide products through the full development lifecycle.
- Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and surface friction points for platform improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 1–2+ years in a management role.
- 3+ years of experience in healthtech, specifically in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows.
- Proven track record of scaling established products while contributing to new product initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data science, and UX teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with payer-specific denial logic or appeal workflows.
- Background in software engineering, data engineering, or a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools.
- Experience launching net-new products at a growth-stage healthtech company.
