What you will do

• Own the product strategy and execution for adaptive quizzing and AI product suites.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to solve complex problems and drive program execution.
• Define KPIs, priorities, and dashboards to measure product performance and ROI.
• Develop hypothesis-driven evaluation strategies, including AB testing for AI-powered features.
• Create go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional team members to ensure product success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-5 years of product management experience in an agile environment.
• Proven success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning.
• Experience with generative AI projects, including RAG architecture and LLMs.
• Ability to build deep customer relationships and translate feedback into product direction.
• Experience working with data science teams and querying user data.
