What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of module and manufacturing operations engineers to support high-volume manufacturing.
• Manage daily operations, including maintenance, process engineering prioritization, and yield improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, output, and cost while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Oversee modifications to operating equipment and develop processes for innovative device architectures.
• Facilitate technology transfer to other sites through training, auditing, and ensuring matched processing.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance module engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 4+ with a Master's, or 2+ with a PhD.
• Experience in process characterization and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring immigration sponsorship.
